Kaifeng Hongda Road Bridge Equipment Factory is a joint-stock enterprise mainly engaging in the manufacture of large bridging equipment such as bridging (fluming) machine (i.e., loco-mould), bridge erection machine and gantry crane etc. Holding several self-developed intellectual rights, esteeming “the Science & Technology, the first”, we have developed by ourselves the HD-series bridging machine, bridge erection machine, ME-series gantry crane and other new hi-tech products. Our products have been widely used for constructing large bridge, dam and flumes and other National key projects on the roads, railways, crossroads and water conservancy. Our products have proved its excellent performances on several ten job sites including Qianjiang No. 6 Bridge, Runyang Changjiang Bridge and Qiangzang Railway. We are the backbone and elite in Chinese bridging equipment industries. With a covering area of hectares (106 mu) and the steel-structured workshops of 15,600m2, we have an annual processing capacity of steel structure for 12,000 tons. There are 318 employees in our factory including 56 technicians, which is 1/6 of the total employees. Cherishing the quality and the safety as our life, our factory strictly controls the quality and safety procedures during operation and has passed the authorization of GBT19000/ISO9000 system. In 2002, Model HDJIII bridge erection machine was awarded the gold medal of Uricar World Invention Reward. Also in 2002, we have been honored by China Market Assessment Center “3A” enterprise of “Quality, Credit & Safety”. Our products have been exported to Europe as per “Grade II” EU Standards. We have produced the largest bridging machine and the largest gantry crane in China; Model “III” bridge erection machine has been used by several ten customers, which obtained very good estimation and compliments for its high efficiency, up-to-date design and superior configuration.

　　Taking the market demands as its demands, focusing on the basic products, our factory has developed several kinds of new, hi-tech, precise and top equipment. For example, “Model III” telescopic, guide-beam type bridge erection machine has filled the blanks inside China, which marks the Chinese bridge equipment industries have stridden on a new step; its independent intellectual rights are solely possessed by our company. Recently, our factory has just completed the 900-t bridge erection machine for Jinghu Expressway.
